This review is a little late in writing as my mum passed away at Freeland House last October 2022. Even after having initial doubts about the home due to it's "tired" looking rooms and a few cosmetic issues, I would recommend this care home because of their care and attention, which is more important. They listened to everything I asked and kept me updated with everything. I was welcome to come and go as much as I needed day or night. Thank you Freeland Home. Liz

An amazing Home with quality services. Excellence and professionalism at its best. Skilled and well trained staffs who respect and treat each other and the residents as one big family. Activities and games are organised to create a very fun and happy environment.

Freeland House is a homely home. The staff are caring and they treat the residents with respect and dignity. Highly recommended👌👍

The home is clean and is covid 19 free. Staff are friendly.

Freeland House cared for my farther (Anthony) for 8 months, they were incredible to him and my family right to the very end. The staff speak great English and where always smiling ready to help, the building is lovely to look at both inside and out, the gardens are stunning and well looked after there are also two nice cats which roam the grounds. Highly recommended 10/10

Our mother, Nanny and Great Nanny received the most fabulous love, care and support from all the staff at Freeland House. We as her family were always made so welcome and well informed of her health very professionally.

Extremely disappointing. Very noisy at night due to maintenance work. Carers more interested in phones than supporting the feeding of patients and then smoking on site

The staff are very polite, kind and diligent they respond quickly to every call and provide a high standard of care.
