Had the wifes volvo v60 wheels exchanged via an eBay listing that OPA had Initially they looked great, diamond cut, they removed my wheels in PX and replaced my tyres on the new set However, the lacquer has broken down on JUST the painted/powdercoated surface. NOT the diamond cut portion Contacted OPA and they said it was stone chips. I should have had the whole wheel diamond cut as I have no stone chips on that portion Went to a paint specialist, The Wheel Specialist and another diamond cut company in Portsmouth. All said it was a failure on prep with the painted/powdercoated portion. Only the lacquer has failed not the paint. Opa offered some discount to refurb them again but not exchange. So car will need to be with them 2-3 days and I have to pay the lion share of their poor paint prep!!! I’ve put this review up as there are other similar reviews where this exact same thing has happened. Shame they couldn’t offer a more reasonable solution. Good reviews yes but after a couple of months how do they hold up. Car has done 540 miles only !!!

Recently had my diamond cut JCW wheels refurbished by OPA. The wheels now look new. Very competitive pricing for the wheel refurb, plus got a great deal on a couple of new tyres fitted at the same time. Well recommended for anyone in the area.

Excellent alloy refurbs! Easy to book, easy to communicate with. The before and after photos tell a lot more than any detail I could add here. OPA Wheel Repair are highly recommended.

Can’t fault this company. Drove 300 miles there and back to exchange like for like. Exchanged for BMW 235 as mine were looking worn and the lads gave regular updates through the whole process. They even provided with the M logo and centre badges for a small cost. From start to finish excellent service and very competitive on pricing. Just want to say thank you and definitely will return in the future for any more alloys on my other cars.

I have used this company on various occasions to repair the odd wheel when I have damaged it. This was the first time I had all 4 wheels refurbished and colour changed and the results are fantastic especially at the price. I really do not know how they manage it and in such a short time. Having the use of a hire car as well while they had mine made a massive difference.

Purchased through eBay listing but was really impressed with the guys and the quality of the rims is amazing. Money well spent and smooth ride home on fresh rims. Top service. Lads are polite and crack on with things and was really impressed. Highly recommend this service and even though they are far from me. I'd defo make the drive for any of the other services they offer.

I went to OPA initially to have my car remapped, and that service was great, I later had the mapping removed because it reduced my fuel consumption and for someone who does a lot of miles I didn’t think the benefit of extra power outweighed the reduction in consumption. I issues I had with OPA have been with my diamond cut wheel refurbishment. But to start I would like to say that the customer service has been good, I cannot fault Mike for that, he has been great the entire time. I’m afraid it’s the quality of work which is very below par. I first had my wheels refurbished in 2020 and upon first inspection I thought they were great and I was very pleased. Within a couple months parts of the lacquer began to flake away in a number of areas. Also the lacquer was uneven on some of the edges of the corners. I went back to Mike and he said he hasn’t seen this issue before, he apologised and then free of charge his team refurbished my wheels again. The same issue then occurred again in 2021 a few months later and it became the 6th individual wheel that had lacquer chipping off and flaking away. So again I went back to Mike and he apologies and said he would make sure he himself would redo my wheels to the highest standard. I was happy at this point. I arrived to collect my wheels for the 3rd time to see that Mike has mistakenly powder coated them black instead of the normal silver they were before… I was stunned. Mike offered to change them back to silver but suggested I take them away for a week and see if I prefer to colour. Which I did so it was subtly a happy mistake. Now in 2022 I have had the same issue with the lacquer flaking away, excess lacquer in places and corrosion coming through already. I will attach photos to show this on my wheels currently. Back to my original point Mike’s customer service has been good and I requested a full refund which he obliged to, now I can go somewhere else to have my wheels done properly once and for all. I would not recommend OPA to friends and family anymore which I have in the past after having such a terrible time with the quality of my wheels.

I drove a 364 mile round trip from Halifax in West Yorkshire for my appointment on Saturday but I have to say it was absolutely worth it. Not only was the quality of the work top notch but the customer service was faultless. The gent who greeted me on arrival was very friendly, very polite and made me feel welcome. I had turned up 30 minutes early for my appointment and yet they started work on my car immediately, no questions asked. They also offered me some new centre caps for my resprayed alloy wheels at a minimal cost to complete the look. Service like that is hard to come by these days and definitely worth travelling for. I can't recommend OPA enough. Thanks Guys!

Mike is a great guy! He did all I asked about my alloy wheels and the outcome is much better than I expected. I would go to him for your diamond cut alloy wheels or any alloy wheels refurb. Awesome job Mike and I can’t thank you enough!
